Full Service Catering?

My sister is looking for a full service caterer....someone who will provide linens, utensils, glasses, plates, etc. and do the table set up and stay the whole night.  Suggestions?

    Mintahoe.  I know they do all that stuff at teh place they are the exclusive caterer for, I'm not sure about if you hire them for an event at a different venue.  Although I think they cater for some pretty awesome venues in the twin cities.

    Most of the caterers I researched did all of that, these three for sure:
    Lake Elmo Inn
    Lettuce
    Mintahoe

    I put them in order of food quality.

    My caterer did that for us - Russell's on the Lake - fabulous food and fabulous prices!! One of our favorite vendors, honestly!

    You're using Classic? Have you had a good experience with them? They're one of the three I can choose from, but I'm not impressed with their customer service. They ARE cheaper though...

    Lettuce Cater has package pricing and they are very reasonable. The food was awesome and the service was outstanding. We loved Lettuce Cater!
