giving the DJ a guide for the night

I plan on giving the DJ a sort of guide to follow as far as timelines, pronunciation of names of the WP, etc. I am wondering what other information you gave the DJ for throughout the night. Anyone willing to post and share theirs? I am just not sure what all I should put in it.

TIA!
