Carlson Brides: Hotel room block help please!

I am planning on touring the Country Inn Suites and The Sheraton but I'm wondering what you guys are doing and what you got your hotel block as of price and if they gave you a free honeymoon suite. TIA!

We did our block of rooms at the Country Inn.  I believe the prices were $99 for standard rooms and $109 for suites.  You get the honeymoon suite for free if like 10 rooms get booked.  It was the only place we checked out because it's so close. How far away is the Sheraton? If you could share some info about there after you do the tour that would be awesome!

I toured both places today. I think we will have both options for our guests to choose from. For the Country Inn they said $92 for regular $102 for a suite. They offer a lot of things like continental breakfast, let you use the breakfast room to open presents or the night of your wedding after your reception and their shuttle is only $135 for 4 hours....but Sheraton is a lot nicer in my opinion. The rooms there are only $69 a night for a regular and $109. Let me know if you have any other questions.

What did the Sheraton charge for the shuttle service? And did they offer a room for gift opening, etc? We're looking at setting up a block with them for our wedding, too, so I'm curious what they told you

I didn't ask for the Sheraton about the shuttle since we aren't interested in doing one and we aren't opening gifts the next day so I didn't think to ask about that, sorry

Is that the Sheraton Midtown? We considered them, too... but it's not in the best area?

Sheraton in Minnetonka, their address is Minneapolis though but it's directly behind the Ridgedale Mall.
