For me, it's a carbalicious tie between cranberry-orange sauce and sage stuffing.

I LOVE the jellied cranberry sauce! My FI thinks I am crazy but the stuff is just so good!

So I'm Puerto Rican, and while my family does the whole turkey/cranberry/pumpkin pie thing, we also mix it up. Instead of traditional stuffing, we fill our bird with either mofongo (plaintains, garlic, awesomeness):


Or picadillo (beef, onions, cranberries-for TG, peppers, other goodness):

Mmmm...my favorite is the sandwich I make the day AFTER Thanksgiving with the leftover turkey.  Yum!
