Bridesmaid's Hair/Make-Up

Hey Ladies!
I have decided that I am going to get my Hair and Make-Up professionally done for my wedding. As Part of the package, the Artist is willing to do my bridal party's as well (for a cost of course). I think it would make the day run smoother and be easier for everyone, however, I don't want to force my Bridesmaid's to pay more than they are willing to or force them to use the same person.

How do I polietly tell them it is an option for them at their own expense without seeming cheap?

I just did this.  I spoke to each of my bridesmaid individually about what I was doing for my hair and that they also would have the option and what the cost would be.  At this time, I did not ask for a commitment.  I also made it very clear that they can do their own hair or make an appointment someplace else.  It was really up to them.

After talking to everyone and waiting about 2 weeks, I e-mailed my bridesmaids.  I figured this gave them a chance to think about it, research other option and figure out if the cost would work.  I simply stated that a hair dresser would be coming out to do my hair and I could arrange for them to get their hair done for $X.  I asked for an e-mail reply.  I also restated the part about doing it themselves or going someplace else.

Each of my bridesmaids responded that they are so thankful that I arranged for the hair to come to us and are very excited.  I'm super excited to be able to hang out with everyone on the morning of my wedding.  I can't wait.

Yea I just asked them what they wanted to do and offered to set it up for them if they wanted to get it done. They all said yes so we were good to go.

I mentioned to my laidies that I was having somone come to the hotel to do my hair and make up and asked them if they wanted theirs done and told them the cost.  I told them it was completely up to them and that I didn't mind either way.  At first (about 6 months ago) they all said they'd probably do their own.  I then just ran it past them 2 weeks ago to confirm that they didn't want me to book them an appt and 3 of them actually changed their minds as the wedding is getting closer and they thought it would be fun to get their hair done. (the 4th has short hair so not much a stylist could do) They are all doing their own make-up.
