I am seeing great reviews for S&S as a Venue, but what is the cost?

It is 3000 to rent the facility
There is a 1500 food min, and I believe you have to use their chef and they offer several options from plated to buffet
There are additional fees for bartender, upgrades, tax, "service charge", etc.

How do I know?? :-)  I checked on it for a friend!  I have the email from the vendor if you'd like me to foward it to you.  Just PM me!
