So our BM dresses were set to be here Feb 7th, a week ago today. So I called on the 7th and asked what was up cause I hadn't heard anything. They said, "oh no thats the date they're being shipped" and I was like uhhh no that's NOT what you told me you said they'd be here on that date. But when she said "they'll be here tomorrow most likely, or Monday at the very latest" I calmed down and figured ok a day or two isn't that bad.
So Monday came and went with no word and I called Tuesday and asked what was going on cause once again the estimated date they gave me came and went with no call, they said "oh we just got a delivery yours might be in there can I call you back in 10 minutes?" Soooo 5 hours later I call AGAIN, getting more and more pissed off like "hey I waited for a call back and no one ever called me" She says Oh i'm so sorry we were so busy (at 1 pm on a Tuesday? Yeah I'm sure) and then tells me no, my dresses weren't in that shipment.
I made it very obvious how frustrated I was at the lack of communication and she says "I'll check on this tomorrow for you don't worry I'll straighten it out" Well yesterday came and went and here I am still with no word on when the dresses are supposed to be here...
What I don't understand is how if I buy a package online I can track it with no problem.. here they have about 1500 dollars worth of dresses and it's apparently just floating around somewhere and I have no idea when it will get here.
And I'm sure my limited patience with the wedding getting closer and closer isn't helping!
On a good note only 10 days til my shower and gifts have been flying off the registry
