Little Bear-no one calls me back!

I'm having my reception at Little Bear in Lewis Center next April.  I have already booked and paid for the room and really don't want to switch reception locations.  I am trying to schedule a time to look at the room again and take pictures so I can figure out flowes and decorations.  I also want to check with them and make sure that I'm allowed to have a couple of things (photo booth in paticular).  The problem is that I can't get them to return my phone calls or emails.  Has anyone else had this problem with them or have any suggestions on what to do?  It's a relatively new facility and is owned by a married couple-no one else there seems to have any answers or information.

I watched that place be built. My parents live right around the corner from there.

Anyway, I would go in there during normal buisness hours. If it is family owned, maybe they are on vacation before their kids go back to school or something.

How long has it been? I would give them a few days or a week, and if not, stop in there.

I agree.. You should stop in there and GO OFF on them.
This is your wedding venue and this is there business.  You need to let them know that this is the most important day of your life and if they cant respond to simple little questions then they are in the wrong business and that your take your business else where.

LOL sorry I can be a B!$@% i guess.  But seriously.  Thats unacceptable.

Good luck, I hope you can get it all figured out and keep your venue

Thanks.  I finally heard back from them today.   They said that they didn't get any of my messages, but heard through the grapevine that I was thinking of cancelling.  I have a cell phone number for the owner now so hoepfully that will help.  He seemed very apologetic so I do feel better about it now.

I am getting married at Little Bear in October.  I e-mail the owner, Bill, like every other week with tons of stupid questions and he always gets back to me pretty quickly so I would recommend that too.
