What is the best skyline venue that you have seen?

I really wnat to see about a skyline venue, and was wondering about what was the best one you have seen/ heard about?

The views from the Riverview Room are amazing...there are several balconies all around, and you can even have the ceremony on the front balcony (which is very large). It is very affordable too!

Check out Pat O's on the River. I've been to a few non-wedding events there and they are great.
