Celebrity Limos Reviews

I am possibly booking with Celebrity or A Regal, and would like any reviews from those who have used their services.

I have booked Celebrity for my limos and mini passenger buses, but can't give you any personal reviews yet.

I was really excited about booking them, but they seemed like they didn't have time to answer my questions, and pretty much rushed me off of the phone, and I didn't like that at all.

I booked Celebrity Limo's as well for a RR with two limos and a mini bus after.

I recall someone else making the same complaint a few months ago when I posted about my good experience with booking them.  I dealt with them purely in emails and had all of my questions (which were many) answered and had the whole thing wrapped up in a couple of days.  Looking back at my emails just now, I dealt with Tierney and she was very nice and patient.  HTH.

I used them for my March 3rd wedding. Both my limo driver for the wedding party and our Bentley driver for me and my husband were awesome. My limo bus driver was a jerk. First he left with only 4 people on the bus. I had planned and paid for 2 trips because I knew not everyone would fit.  He then came back for the second group (that didn't all fit) and came up to me at the end of my wedding reception and told me he was leaving in 5 minutes and it didn't matter who was on the bus. I'm sorry but I paid a lot of money for his services and for him to treat the bride that way after my perfect day was absolutely ridiculous. I'm just mad that I didn't catch his name. It was the only kink in my day. Thankfully the few people that would not fit on the second trip were able to get a cab and weren't upset. I do agree that Tierney was easy to work with and they were really quick with responding. I would just never use that driver again if I had need for limo services.
