I tried to call today to see if they were booked on my wedding date, but their voicemail box is full.

I bought the groupon.  She finally got back to me an hour ago and wasn't available for my date (Friday, June 8).  Groupon refunded me.  You can cancel your Groupon purchase as long as the deal hasn't expired yet.

We had an out of this world response to our Groupon in January...and physically could not answer every call in the timely fashion to which we and our customers are accostumed.  But to the best of my knowledge, within the first week of the Groupon running, we did get to everyone who contacted us by phone or email.  Hopefully no one was overlooked!

We have had so much interest in our booth (and therefore many days that were unavailable because they had already been booked) that we are currently building a second booth!
