Is it possible to charter the street cars for your guests from one location to another? If so, who do I contact??

My sister in law did it for her wedding sept 2008, and it was super cheap like less than $500 for a 5 minute street car ride from church to reception for the bridal party & family of.......now its alot more expensive, like at leat 1000....I would contact rta transit authority
