Since our wedding is in the fall we are thinking fall themed cocktails along the lines of these below. We still have to meet next month with our reception planner for the final names and drink choices of course the best part the tasting but we defiantly want to have drinks with our themes and change the names up a bit to reflect us as well. These are our base ideas for now: Wedding date 10/5/13
Pumpkin Divine Ingredients: - 1 part Grey Goose La Poire flavored vodka - 1 part pumpkin butter - 1/2 part triple sec - 1/2 part simple syrup - Pinch of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and ginger - Grated nutmeg and apple chip for garnish

2 oz Bourbon 0.5oz lemon juice 0.5oz maple syrup 1 oz fresh organic apple juice 1 oz passionfruit juice ¼ oz campari 1t honey
Shake and strain. Serve in rocks glass with large ice cubes. Garnish speared apple-slices.
3 muddled lime wedges 1.5 oz vodka 1.5 oz ginger-chili simple syrup Modelo Especial Beer or other neutral beer
Muddle lime wedges in a pint glass. Add the chili-ginger simple syrup and vodka. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Top with beer and stir to blend.
Note: you can also substitute the vodka with tequila, should that be your preference.
