Stations Reception question

If you had a lot of vegetarians coming to the wedding. What sort of station would you offer them? I am having a Mashed Potato Bar, an Asian Action station and a carving station. I am now 2nd quessing my choices because i have quite a few vegetarian friends.Thanks for your helpTLB

    Another vegetarian chiming in here!  I would make sure that the attendant at the stir-fry station knows that there are some vegetarians, and designates 1 of the pans as a "no meat" stir-fry pan.  B/c I probably wouldn't eat veggies stir-fried in a pan that just had beef cooked in it also.  But as long as you have veggies and rice at the asian station, mashed potatoes, maybe some salad(?), I think you're covered!

    Oh and also make sure that the attendant is knowledgeable about which sauces are vegetarian.  Many asian sauces have chicken or beef or pork flavoring in them.  A standard soy or teriyaki should be OK!
