Hotels and shuttle services?

Hello -- My Feb. 20 2010 wedding is at Overhills and we are thinking of getting room blocks at two hotels... one in the Inner Harbor (for the guests that want to make a weekend of it) and one by BWI (for the local-ish guests who just don't want to drive home). We'd prefer to have some kind of shuttle service for the OOT guests, so they don't have to stress about getting to Catonsville from the hotels, but none of the inner harbor hotels seem to offer shuttles. Anyone have a suggestion for transportation companies that offer shuttle service, or hotels that might have shuttles (even if it's an extra fee)? Any idea about rates?

Oh and as long as you have at least 10 people on it it's free

Thanks! We're kind of torn... our reception will end at 11 p.m. and we'd really like to go out with our friends to a bar somewhere afterwards. A friend of mine did that after her wedding a couple years ago and it was really fun... but it was also walking distance from the reception venue. Obviously the hotels by BWI would be cheaper and possibly offer free shuttles, but there doesn't seem to be a great place to go hang out after the reception... though maybe a hotel bar would be fine. And since we'll have an open bar at the reception, I don't want people driving all over the place, and it's a $30 cab ride from Overhills to the Inner Harbor (though that might not be bad if 3-4 people cram in to each cab). I keep going round and round about the options... ugh.

3 of the limo companies in the area also have options for mini-coaches, or buses, depending on how many people you want to serve: Xtreme Limo www.anxtremelimoscene.com American Limosines www.amerlimo.com Extraordinar Limos www.bigcars.com I'm not sure what their prices are like, but you could always call for a quote!  HTH

Thanks all! I talked about it with my fiance last night and he is going to make some more calls and research charter transportation options. As hard as it is for me to delegate stuff I am trying mightily to just turn this over to him and be done with it! :) He's really good at this stuff, but I'm also kind of a control freak, LOL.

We are using American Limo for all of our limo, shuttles, etc. If he calls ask for Josh he has been so helpful and easy to work with!
