I dont miss it

I know everyone has said they miss planning...is it weird I don't!?  I loved every minute of it but I am glad it's over!!  Anyone else feel this way...maybe because I haven't had time to miss it with the house and work picking up...but I dont know..it's nice to have evenings not devoted to planning and organizing!

I am getting to the point where I want it to be over.  I will still get my Modern Bride subscription, but that is the last wedding thing (besides pics) I want to see and think about.

I feel the same way! I think it's because I'm in the same boat as you...even though we bought our house a year ago, we literally have done nothing to fix it up because we were always saving the money for the wedding.  Now we're putting on a deck, painting, and decorating...it's so nice to have the time/money to do these things!

I didn't either...in fact I felt like it was my life mission to promote a wedding planner so you don't have the stress like I did because any decision you make, you are bridezilla

Same here. It was worthwhile--the wedding was fun as helll. But I would never go back to planning time. If for some crazy reason this marriage ended and I remarried, I'd either A) just live with him, forget marriage or elope.

Ditto. I keep thinking about how at this time last year I was running around doing a million things and while it was fun at times, I am SO GLAD I don't have to do it again this year!! I can just relax and wait for my anniversary to roll around
