MVA Express

For those of you who have already done the name change, once you are done at SSA and have your new card, do you have to go to a full MVA to change your license, or can you do it at one of the Express locations?

The MVA website says you have to go to a full service one. I went to the full-service in Westminster to be safe. But I think someone on here (Tyler?) went to the Express in Columbia and was able to do it.

Yeah, Heidi and I both went to the Express in Columbia.  I called them first to ask if they could do it and they said yes.  It was SO much easier than the full.

I went to an MVA express and they were totally fine.  At the time I didn't need my new SS card so I was in and out in about 45 minutes which is like lightning speed for the MVA.

You can totally go to an Express. I went to the one in Columbia as well after going to the SSA. It was super easy except for my horrible picture :)
