Shopping Recs- B Party Dress

I need to find a hot party dress before my bachelorette party, which is in 11 days.  I've checked everywhere online, and haven't found much that I like under $125-150.  I have been told that I need something tight and bright, lol.  I have a backup but I'd like to check some stores before I order it.  Any recommendations for good party dress stores??

    Don't laugh but I got mine at dress barn.  They have some cute and inexpensive dresses.

    I wore a black and white dress that I loved... and I got it from... Kohl's! So it was totally cheap. But I just lucked out finding it there while shopping for some summer tank tops. I also love White House Black Market but that wouldn't be bright. Is bright the theme of the b-party? Do you know what you're doing? Oh, you're gonna have a blast! I really enjoyed my party. I really should post some pictures online.

    One of my BMs got her dress for my b-party at Body Central. I had never shopped there before but she looked really hot.

    Dots in Glen Burnie has cheap clothing if you're REALLY on a budget. They have alot that would be great for going out. WHBM i 2nd. Love that store

    I got mine at Kohls too.  They're really inexpensive and have a great selection.  You might want to check out H&M too.

    Bright isn't the theme, but everyone else is wearing black so I'm supposed to wear something bright so that I stand out :-)  I'm excited!  I've never heard of Body Central, where is that?  I'll try to check Kohl's too, I've noticed that recently homecoming dresses have gotten significantly shorter than they were when I was in high school!

    There is a Body Central in Marley Station mall in Glen Burnie but I haven't been there myself. I got my dress from the juniors dept I think and it was $70 on sale for like $40 I think?

    My friend just bought a dress for going out this weekend at JCPenny and said there was some party dresses there, and Macy's.Sometimes Express and NY&Co has stuff. Forever 21 maybe, Charlotte Russe.

    I did buy two dresses at Macy's, that I loved, but wound up returning because I found a cheaper one at Kohls.  Macy's is definitely a good place to look.
