MIL dress shops

Hi All -I am a DC Knottie but my FMIL lives near Baltimore (Columbia area) and we are getting ready to look for her dress.  Can you recommend some dress shops in that area we should check out?  Thanks!

    Lots of MOB/MOG's have had good luck finding dresses at regular department stores. Nordstroms, Macys, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdales, etc all have formal dresses that would be great for moms. Personally, my mom got her dress at Macys and my MIL got her dress at Davids Bridal in Glen Burnie.

    My mom is plus sized, about a size 20-22.  We tried a lot of the department stores, but they didn't have a lot in her size.  We ended up going to Lexington Lady in Pikesville.  (I believe their sizes start at 14, and go up from there.)
