Reception Site within 30 minutes of Severna Park

We are looking for a reception site within 30 miles of our church in Severna Park.  We are looking for a venue (possibly a restaurant) for 100 people that would cost $12,000 or less.  I don't want a dark hall.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

    What is your style?  I know Elkridge furnace inn is 26 minutes away according to google lol.  I have no idea about pricing though.

    There's also Savage Mill, and my friend is having hers at Ten Oaks Ballroom.  Again, I have no clue about pricing.

    Other than that most places I know are more rustic and/or north of Baltimore (where I am from) so I may not be much help.  I do know there's Camp Letts and Camp Fretterd if you were looking for rustic.
