Suggestions for Venue?! Thanks In Advance

Hello, I am new to the knot. I am hoping that I can get some suggestions on venues for our reception. We have a budget of 10k or less for everything.  We live in baltimore city.
We want to be able to bring our own caterer if we want. We definately want to provide our own liquor (most places dont have brands we like). And we need a space that can seat maybe 150ppl. We dont mind a hall or community center. Thanks for the help.

Overhills Mansion in catonsville allows you to BYOB but you must use their caterer, and seats about 200.

You may want to check out the village centers available through the Columbia Association. Kahler Hall and The Other Barn come to mind. Or maybe The Gathering Place in Clarksville.
