Hair/makeup salon recommendations in downtown Baltimore?

I'm looking for a salon in the Inner Harbor area that does hair and makeup for weddings.  I'd like a reasonably priced place, if possible.  Also, any places to avoid are appreciated.

    To my knowledge - and, ladies, correct me if I'm wrong - there aren't a ton of salons near the Harbor.  You'll have better luck looking one of the 'neighborhoods.'  For example, I know there are a few good places in Canton and Fells Point.  I haven't been and so I don't know the names off of the top of my head but I think you'll be able to find more places there rather than near the Harbor.

    Also, have you considered looking into having someone come to where you are getting ready, to do hair and makeup?  There are a ton of recommendations for those stylists around here.  Personally, I've always liked that the best - it's more relaxing and less rushing around from place to place.  Just my opinion though.

    It's not in the Inner Harbor- but it's right across the Harbor in Locust Point off of Key Highway- Studio 921.  That's where I am getting my hair and makeup done.  I used to have my hair cut there when I lived in Baltimore and it's a very nice salon.  Everyone is very friendly and I've never had a bad experience there.
