    I think Sorella's in Livonia does, try them.

    Don't know where you can rent one, sorry. But if you are willing to compromise, there are 2 stores across the street from each other in Centerline on 10 Mile Rd, just east of Van Dyke. One is Heinreich's Cake & Candy, the other is Dealer's Discount Floral.

    I know that Heinreich's has gold-covered cardboard cake "plates", if you could put that on top of something (maybe 4 equally sized glasses or glass blocks with lights in them) it might suffice.

    You might also find something similar at either store to buy. They are my "go to" stores locally for things that I can't find online.

    Sorella's does not have gold they only have silver but whenever you find one please post where you got it because I am in the market for one as well.

    I was at Dealer Discounts this past weekend, and I believe I saw gold square cake pedestals.
