Who should seat my mom?

I'm trying to figure out who should escort my mom to her seat. I have no brothers and my mom doesn't really know any of the groomsmen who are also the ushers. My ring bearer is my nephew (her grandson). He's just a little guy, though (barely 4) so maybe that would be weird.Any suggestions?
