I saw your post below to Lisa...Do you practice Bikram Yoga? If so, where? I go to the Plymouth location. Love it. I've been neglecting it lately, but need to go back. It sure doesn't make me sleep though. lol It gives me so much energy!

    I used to go to FHills location although I started at Plymouth.  I haven't been in a while though.  I always liked Plymouth better.  I guess it effects ppl differently, lol.  I was always so tired afterward, but I did ride my bike to/from when I was in FH.

    You rode your bike after that?! LOL I like Plymouth better too. Although, I like the new studio better in FH. Plymouth is much friendlier for some reason. IDK if its because it's smaller and the owners are more involved or what...

    Yeah, I rode my bike, lol but I lived at 12 and Middlebelt so it wasn't too far.  The FH studio was stuffy and it had nothing to do with the humidity, lol.  Although there was more room in the studio and lockerroom.  I loved Greg and Melissa at Plym.  Melissa always made me feel so calm.  Greg made me push myself farther.  when do you go?  With saving for the wedding, I haven't been able to work it into the budget :(

    LOL Still...that's far enough! Good for you, though! That's so funny you feel the same about FH. I thought it was just me. Did you mean Ernie, Melissa's husband?  They are great. I really like all of the instructors there. I usually go after work, like 4:30, 5:30 or 6:30 depending on the day. They have Happy Hour on Fridays, so a lot of the classes are 1/2 off starting at 1pm I think. Let me know if you ever want to go! I'll probably start back up this week.
