Wedding Dress STRESS

I planned to buy my dress from Maria's, but went there today and they are closing the Rochester store to focus on her new store in west bloomfield. Long story short, her new store will not carry my designer... should I go through a different store to ensure I get my dress? If so, my dress is carried at Blaga's and Elegant Impressions. Does anyone have info about these two other places? ' Thanks

    I would definitely follow your dress, if you're sure that is THE dress. Haven't had experience with the other two stores, but I know I would follow my dress if couldn't get it at the original store.

    I agree with PP follow your dress that's what is important.

    follow your dress! I heard a lot of mixed reviews about the Rochester Maria's anyway! Could be a blessing in disguise!

    I got my dress at Maria's and I had some mixed feelings about them, so this may work out for you anyway. I would just go to either of the stores and order the dress and forget about Maria's. I don't have any reviews on either store though, just go visit each and see where you can get the best deal and service.

    I went to Elegant impressions when looking at dresses. They were very nice and helpful; they just didn't have the dress I wanted..I would try there! :)

    Also, Marias closing may be a blessing. They did have my dress, but they wouldn't allow me to try it on because I didn't make an appointment---even though I got there 5 minutes after they opened!
