The grill, Berwick, Cameron Mitchell and Faire la Cuisine.

I was not in contact with any of those companies.  I booked Kathy W. from Catering By Design - she has been really great so far.  I also think Creative Cuisine is worth a look.  Good luck!!

Whatever you do, avoid PC events.  My sister had a time and a half with them!!
