The Wedding Experience Fall 2010

Hello girls!

My fiance and I are going to the Wedding Experience this Friday.  I've heard different things - is this event formal or casual?  I've read some girls wear cocktail dresses and fit right in.  Have you heard anything similar?  We def want to dress appropriate.

    We are going as well! And I've also heard that dress code has been dressy in the past, so that's what we plan to do. See you there!

    I've seen people wear jeans, I've seen people were dress pants. I worked the summer one (J. lIu was one of the venues) and I'm trying to remember if I saw any "cocktail dresses" or not. I might have been a leeeetle busy pouring drinks lol It's a lot of fun and you girls will get TONS of information and meet a lot of really awesome people and get some good inspirations/ideas.

    I wore a cocktail dress to the March one and my FI wore a suit. I didn't see anyone wear jeans. Some gals wore a nice top/sweater and black pants and their FI's wore khakis and sweaters.

    Just think of this as a fun night out with your soon to be hubby where you can enjoy drinks and food and find out more ideas for your wedding. THis is by far the most interactive bridal show I've been to. Enjoy!!
