Flowers - who gets them?

I'm trying to establish a list...
Let me know if you think I'm missing anyone!
1 bouquet for B
1 MOH bouquet
2 BM bouquets
Boutonnieres for G, BM, GM, Fathers, Ushers, Grandpa
Corsages for Mothers, Grandma...
and should I get one for my cousin who's going to do a reading?

Do all the boutonnieres match? (should the groom's match his guys? should the BM's match the GMs? Do the fathers match?)

This is "the little stuff" I am just now getting around to thinking about. Thanks in advance!

I've seen it both ways for people who do readings.

I've also seen bouts match for the groom and his GM or the groom's was slightly larger/more elaborate.

I've always just seen the BMs and GMs coordinate or have the same flowers.

    I've only seen fathers match.

I was planning on doing a corsage or bout for my readers. Some people also do godparents...I hadn't really gotten that far in thinking about that one.

I think you can do whatever with the bouts. Like maybe the groom's could stand out a bit -- or they could all be the same. I would have the fathers match and would probably have them match the GM.

    We did the following:

bouquets for bride + bridesmaids (BM bouquets were smaller versions of mine)
bouts for groom + groomsman + ushers + dads (groom had 2 roses, everyone else had 1)
*we had no grandfathers so no bouts needed*
corsage for grandma (neither mother wanted one)

    Nothing for the readers.

I have flowers for my BM and me.  My flower girl has a pomander.
I have bouts for the GM, my dad and Ryan's Grandpa
I have wrist/pin coursages for all three moms, both grandmas and both readers

The bouts:  Ryan's has white rose with green berries and these are incorporated into my bouquet.  The GM have red flowers like the BM's bouquet.  My Dad also has a white rose but its' different than ryans.  The moms coursages are a combination of all the different flowers used.  The grandma's and readers are the same but smaller.

TK won't let me edit my post. All of the bouts were the same (ivory dendrobium orchids with greenery). But they wrapped the little stem part to match the BM bouquets (for GM) and to match my bouquet (for DH). It was a nice touch :) Also, all the corsages were the same (same orchids and greenery) except that the Mom's ones were bigger. We did wrist corsages and used the pearl stretchy bracelets. Everyone said they loved the bracelets and they were comfy to wear.
