Knottie of the Week / Other Board Topics?

Ladies -

I've noticed that, with the exception of this past week, the Knottie of the Week feature has kind of fizzled out.  Either very few people are posting questions for the KOTW or the KOTW is not responding.  Is this something we want to continue doing?  If so, we will need more volunteers!  Put your name here if you want to be KOTW (or PM me!)

Also does anyone have any suggestions for weekly topics?

This is your board and it's only as active as we make it.  It's one of my goals to increase the activity/posts around this place!  It's kind of died down lately and I'm hoping we can bring it back up.

Any suggestions are encouraged!  If you don't feel comfortable posting it here, just PM me.  Thanks ladies!

I like KOTW, but I admit to being bad about participating in it lately.  I'll be KOTW sometime if you decide to keep it going (I hope I didn't have a turn and miss it!).

I see a lot of participation when people get to talk about their wedding in particular (i.e., the colors question from over the weekend).  Maybe a thread once a week where everyone can share something about their wedding and why they like it/what they wish they had done instead (i.e., colors, flowers, dress, music, venue, must-take photos, etc.)  I'm not sure exactly how it would work, but its all I can come up with!

I like the knottie of the week, but it is kind of difficult to come up with questions sometimes - although I love reading the responses.  I feel like it might be easier to have a list of standard questions for knotties to answer and then we can further elaborate/ask more questions/respond in some other way.

I don't have any other ideas right now but my brain is a little frazzled - I'll add to this thread if I come up with something!

I agree with the girls above...especially with the standard questions for KOTW...and I'm totally in and will try harder to ask questions!

I like the idea of  the standard questions for KOTW.  I haven't been around the board too long, so this is the first week I noticed KOTW.  I do like the concept of KOTW.  Perhaps just a little change is needed to encourage others to ask questions.  Oh, and I'll volunteer myself if you need someone.

For ideas for topics: if you could afford any one thing for your wedding, what would you do differently?  Where would your dream honeymoon be?  Makeup/hair fashion?
