I don't post very often but I do lurk, so Hi Everyone! I was wondering if there was anyone that could alter a veil? I have my mom's veil that I really want to wear but it needs a little updating. My mom died when I was 9 so I would really like to wear it. Would a regular seamstress be able to? Does anyone have a good seamstress? Thanks in advance.
