NWR: F/U Stalker

First of all, I just wanted to say thanks for all of the support in my last post re: Bryan's stalker situation.  It has just been the most horrible experience.

Earlier this morning, the stalker cornered one of Bryans coworkers who is also a good friend and wouldn't let him leave, yelling at him to tell her everything that Bryan has ever said about her.  She cornered the friend in the cooler (FI is a butcher) and locked the door behind her. The friend then made a report about it.

Bryan met with a higher up supervisor and they had a big sit down about the situation in whole and has another meeting with a group of supervisors on Thursday.  The supervisor today was really supportive and understanding and is in agreement that this girl is a psycho! She said they'll work together to build a case against her to get her out of there!

Thank God!  I'm so relieved, I know this isn't over but it's a huge help to have the company on his side and they know that shes a weirdo!

We're going this week to file a stalking PPO too.

    That's good that his workplace is being so supportive. 

    Good luck getting everything figured out.  Hopefully this crazy person will be out of your life for good soon.

    Wow...so sorry you & your FI are dealing with this! I hope they are creating a paper trail to get her outta there! That's some scary stuff!

    as I said before -- document everything. Don't trust the employer too, just save your own skin. IIt will help in the event of a lawsuit down the road, which there potentially could be.

    Glad to hear that FI's boss is being supportive and doing the right thing. One step in the right direction, sounds like you've got a good case. keep us posted.

    I'm glad the employer is now taking this seriously. Hopefully some action will happen in the future.

    However, it sounds as though this psycho is becoming more aggressive in her actions, which is to be expected because several people are now alerted to her "psycho-ness".

    My caution, and not to scare you: Make SURE his employer involves the police in the termination, and for a while afterward. Workplace violence is often based on (in the nutjob's mind) "unfair" terminations. Have your fiance ask his supervisors what their plans are in cases of emergency. Do they have a panic button anywhere near the reception area or doors? Can they lock their doors and have keys used for admission? Make sure the building is SECURE at all times. It wouldn't hurt to have his employer involve the police beforehand to do some background search on her to see if she has any gun permits.

    Ditto everyone. Document everything, get PPO, get police involved if necessary.

    She sounds incredibly unstable.
