Best place for outdoor wedding ceremony & reception in Ann Arbor?

I am looking for an outdoor venue for my wedding ceremony & reception that isn't likely to have too many other people around (I'm thinking Nichols Aboretum might be too crowded, for example, on a summer afternoon weekend).  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what location might be best?

Thanks!

I went to a wedding at Matthaei Botanical Gardens in A2 last year and it was gorgeous!! It's a great spot if you're looking for a nice (fairly small) ceremony. I believe they can accommodate about 75 people (plus more standing)

Cobblestone farm where we're getting married.  It's nice and the people are great to work with.  It's also a LOT cheaper than Matthai or Nichols Arb.  The only drawback is they book up pretty fast (ours is on a Thursday because all the Fri/Sat/Suns were taken in August when we asked about a year back).

    HTH!

I came across The Knot Michigan magazine, and a wedding planner in Ann Arbor said that her favorite venue in Ann Arbor is Matthaei Botanical Gardens, regardless of season.  I've been once (it was for a class, so I appreciated it less than I could have) and it was beautiful!
    This knottie's been ransacked, suckas!
