Wedding Nightmares!

Do they ever end? Seriously. I have been having some crazy dreams about the wedding lately and they seem so real that when I wake up I start to freak out because I think they actually happened. I'm really not that worried that many things could go wrong. But now its just scary. I mean I know I would never try to book a salon for the girls on the day of the wedding, which was my most recent dream. Or I wouldn't wear a sheer t-shirt over my dress, which was another dream. But WTF are these crazy dreams trying to tell me?!?

I noticed when I did hardcore planning/wedding related stuff I had more dreams/nightmares so they're probably happening because its on your mind more.

Some people think dreams have meanings, I'm of the opinion that its just crazy things your brain puts together while its doing its nighttime organization.

I agree with Erin. I don't necessarily think they're telling you something but maybe they're a reflection of your conscious thoughts. If work is heavy on my mind at night I often dream about work related things (i.e. a job is printed incorrectly or I don't meet a deadline). I try and take some time before going to bed each night to clear my head and that has seemed to help with both WR/NWR nightmares.

I had a dream that my dad and I got into a huge fight during the ceremony (after he walked him down the aisle) and I told him I wasn't going to get married anymore, ripped off my dress, and stormed out in my bra and undies.  Thankfully, none of that happened at my wedding. Wink

I only have these dreams when I am spending more time on wedding-related things.  And they are so crazy, they are never at all realistic.
