Discount Wedding Shop

I was told there was a store in Dearborn that was like one-stop wedding shopping, a friend of mine got her dress, invites, CP's and all kinds of other stuffs. Does this place still exist??? If so, has anyone been there, and is it as cheap as she mentioned? She said she bought her gown for $600 when other places wanted more than a grand --- but this was awhile ago when she got married. So anyone know what I am talking about?

You might be thinking of Miracle Wedding Village. Their dresses and bridesmaids dresses are VERY reasonable, there was a style of Bill Levkoff BM dress I liked and it was about 80 dollars cheaper there. However, I don't know if I'd let them do your alterations, PM me and I'll tell you why.  I'm not sure if they do CP's and invites though. They do have a section for like cake toppers and favors and such. Also, they have tuxes for 79 without shoes and like 95 with. They are on Warren and Outer Drive.

They are super reasonable. I was looking at an Impressions dress for my bridesmaids and it was like $60 cheaper there than it was at 2 of the other places I looked.

They still do invites, my best friend got hers there last April and said they were by far the cheapest.

I see that they are still there and still cheap, so is their quality cheap? Is it going to look like I got what I paid for?

Although - Bill Levkoff, I am assuming these were real ones and not knock-offs then?

She made it sound too good to be true that's why I ask.

No, def. not going to look cheap. It's the actual designers they carry, not knockoffs. I got a bridesmaids dress there in 2006, the dress was nice and good quality. My only issue was the alterations lady. I remember paying alot for alterations, and the bustle came apart before we even got the reception. She really wasn't that friendly either. Other than that, i'd at least check it out. My bridesmaids will probably end up getting their dresses from there. As far as bridal dress designers, I *think* they carry Alfred Angelo, Impression, and DaVinci and I think the bridesmaid dresses are the same, plus Bill Levkoff. Did you check out their website at all?

Honestly, when you pull up to the place, it looks pretty rough on the outside. But the inside is decent-ish.
