I went to a NYE Wedding there a few years back. It was beautiful! The ceremony was held in the loft in the barn, the reception dinner and dancing on the main floor. The ramp from the second floor  was great for getting things out the door at break down ( we stayed to help, clean up). The only thing was, it dumped about two feet of snow on us that night and it was a haul to the hotels. So I would suggest a shuttle in any weather if you are having alcohol, but especially if you plan a winter party.

It was self- coat check which was nice, no one to tip, but the parking lot was kind of a walk to the barn.  It is not very user friendly for handicaps, there is a very small cramped elevator, or tight narrow stairs. After all, it was designed to be a barn lol. Just something to keep in mind if you have elderly or handicapped/claustrophobic guests.  The reception space was gorgeous though. One thing, I don't know if they rented linens from a company because of the color, but the time limits are super strict and if you use outside vendors, the staff will not help you with anything clean up wise. Except using a wristwatch. They were good at that.

If you check out the A2 community website, I'm pretty sure the pricing is there. If not, the cheapest price is well under $1000 (I think around 600-ish?) for any day but Saturday during the off-months, and a Saturday from April through October is $1350 (less if you're an A2 resident)  Tables and chairs are included and that's it. They literally set up the tables and take off- you're on your own that night!

It's great, though, because you can pick whatever caterer you want, and hire as many (or as few) "extras" as you want- bartenders, coat check, photobooth, whatever. The only major downside that I could really think of is that they only allow beer, wine and champagne- no liquor. (Which is totally fine by me- Chris and I don't drink anyway and beer and wine will keep everyone happy, I know!)

Check out my bio- somewhere in there I've put links to a couple of real weddings that were blogged, my favorite inspirations! GL!
