Anyone making their own guest book?

OK, I tried to search the forum, but it always chooses some random forum for me!

Anyway, someone might've mentioned this the other day, but is anyone making their own guest book? I started thinking about doing one since I'm already designing my own paper items... I'm just starting to use the Blurb software and wondering what else everyone else did. Can you show me yours if you have a preview? I'd like to do photos/text.

I used Picaboo & made the text pages in Photoshop.

Aww, that was sweet. Were there lines on it for people to sign/messages? I guess that's what I'm looking for too.

No, I didn't want lines. It was a free for all on the signing but it turned out really cute.

I haven't used Blurb but I know Picaboo had templates you could search & lined pages was one of them - they had a bunch of variations.

I made my own but didn't do it online (call me old fashioned!).  I bought this album http://kolo.com/shop/albums/?pl=6 in ivory, and used photo corners to put some of our favorite engagement pictures on the left-hand page, leaving the right-hand page open for signing.  People signed it kind of like a yearbook, and many of them chose a page that was their favorite picture and/or commented on the picture they were signing near.  I absolutely treasure it!

(My mom insisted no one would know what to do with it, or that it was our guest book, so I made a little sign that said "Thoughts & Best Wishes for the Mr. and Mrs. - Please sign our guest book!" to put near it.  They figured it out Oh, moms.)

I am making my own on Shutterfly. I started it and am hopefully going to finish it sometime in the next few weeks. If you sign up with them, they often send you coupons and deals for things like 40% off your order and half off photo books and etc.
