Okay, so I having a love/hate relationship with Jillian Michaels and her 30 day shred and Fiance is doing Insanity.

What are you ladies doing to get in shape or what did you do if your wedding has past? Is your fiance working out as well?

    I too am doing the 30DS.  Although I have it on mute because I cannot stand to listen to her.  Ugh and she makes relaly weird facial expressions that annoy me.  So I just listen to my iPod instead.

    I'm also drinking a lot more water than I used to and I've found I have a lot more energy which I thought was really interesting.

    Fi may start working out once his hours at work get back to normal.  Poor guy has been working 11-12 hours a day, 6 days a week for over a month now.  Hopefully they start to die down at the end of the month.

    I am doing the 30DS and 30 minutes on the bike Tue, Thur, and Sat and the couch to 5 k workout Mon, Wed and Fri (on week 6 now). I feel like it's kicking my butt, but I haven't really noticed any results which means I'm going to have to start focusing on changing my eating habits. gggrrrr

    FI is a bum LOL. In the summer he tried to go running with me and he takes karate two days a week. In all honesty though, he is the type that can do like, 10 jumping jacks and lose 20 lbs.

    I go to the gym and go to spinning class.  I am taking the week off because I sprained my ankle pretty bad this weekend.  I'm thinking about getting back into swimming this weekend.

    Once it gets warmer, I'll start running again outside and run a few 5K's this summer before the wedding.

    My FI is not working out.  He coaches soccer so his season starts next week, so maybe he'll work out with his team! who knows

    THIS!! I turn it on mute unless I need to listen to the instructions. My calves killed me for a while, but it's getting better.

    FI is on board with getting in shape, most days, which is nice.  We are trying to eat healthier foods, and go out less.  Also, we joined Lifetime Fitness and try to do cardio and weight training a few days a week. I just moved closer to my mom and sister so we are thinking about going to Zumba classes at Lifetime.  I also bought 30 day shred just before we moved, but I haven't tried it yet.  I'm hoping to make it to do 30ds on days I don't make it to the gym.

    I recently moved to two-a-day workouts. I do Leslie Sansone walking away the pounds tape in the morning and the gym at night but I mix it up a lot.

    FI and I are members at Planet Fitness.  We've been going for little over a year.  Although the last two weeks, we haven't gone as often.  I have been working crazy hours and getting home at 9:30 at night.  I am exhausted when I get home.

    We have also been eatting better, so that has been helping with my weight loss.  I lost 30 lbs last year, I would like to loose another 30 this year.

    I've been doing Pilates and occasionally I'll do the 30DS as well.  Starting next week I plan on adding more cardio, and I really need to get some arm toning exercises in there!  

    I've been drinking a lot more water too.  Lately I'm basically only drinking water.  I'll sometimes have a glass of juice or milk with breakfast, but that's it.  I'm also tracking my meals on livestrong.com which is super helpful.

    FI isn't really working out.  He doesn't need to.  However he recently started playing hockey 2x per week, but that is more for the fun factor than for fitness, although I'm sure it contributes to both!

    I did weightwatchers last year and lost about 15lbs.  This year I haven't been that good about it.  We also have gone 60days into p90x twice but its hard to keep that up to finish it since we are so busy.  I will go to the gym here and there and also still do certain p90x videos at home.

    The biggest thing for me was the diet though.

    I joined WeightWatcher about three weeks ago, and all I can say is I AM HUNGRY.  I finally adjusted my point values so that I go over what they suggest.  

    I also have started working out at the gym and my workplace just started Wednesday night yoga classes!  It's super exciting.

    I do insanity on and off and my FI just bought a treadmil because he wants to be more active too. I've always been pretty active and health conscious but lately I can't stop eating crap food and I REALLY need to tone up so I'm gonna do p90x or weight training again. Blah.
