Regretting Choosing Edwards Photography

Has anyone else used Edwards Photography? We did for our wedding – and I am regretting it.

First they didn’t edit any pictures so all the ceremony pictures have rain drops on the faces, and shadows from the umbrellas. I had to ask for them to edit the shadows casted from the photographer’s umbrella, if it was from anyone else’s umbrella they wanted $20 to edit per picture.

Now they want to nickel and dime you for everything on the albums, I’m just getting really frustrated.

Photography was one of the most expenses for our whole wedding and they want more money for every little thing, and the pictures were nothing to write home about.

what did it say in your contract?  It seems weird that it wasn't mentioned in your contract... what we get (editing wise, etc) is all very clearly laid out in my contact with my photog...

Did you go through Edwards also?? It didn’t see anything about edits, I just re-read through the contract recently.

I would see if you could get the rights to your prints and get them done elsewhere.

You should'nt have to go elsewhere- they should stand behind their work- try telling them you belong on TheKnot and would hate to get the word out- These girls DO PAY ATTENTION....HTH
