Reason #34587 why I need a new job

Who calls a mandatory conference call at 5:00 on a Friday with an hour and a half notice?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

It's not like I requested to be off by 5 so I can leave to go out of town for my b-party 2 months ago or anything....

    I know right.  I got the e-mail at 3:30. I let them know 2 months ago that I needed to be off by 5 today.  So, I am going to attempt to leave at 5 and I'll just listen to it on my cell phone.

    True story.  I worked 80 hours last week.  Last Sunday and Monday was the first time I have had 2 days next to eachother off since I started here in February.

    Yep. The doc my FI works for is the same way. That really sucks girl. Sorry...hope you can get out as planned.

    Ugh, that is sucky. It is 5:30 now so hopefully you are on your way out of town already!

    I agree - you need a new job. Until last year, I worked 80hr weeks on a regular basis. It's draining.

    I hope you were able to get out and enjoy your party!
