bringing in own food to reception??

anyone know of a place where i can bring in my own food to a wedding reception venue in the novi, northville, livonia or ann arbor area? i have a very tight budget

I know you can for the Bailey Center, but that is Westland.

It depends on how many people you are expecting. Our venue, Greenmead Village's Alexander Blue House requires you to bring in your own food/catering and alcohol. They are limited however to under 100 people unless you want to set up a tent right next to the building. We are getting married in their chapel, and having our reception for 72 people there IN 11 DAYS!!!!

Here is a catering company that my sister in law used for her wedding and they are based out of brighton MI. They have really cheap menu options, my sister in law used the $11 per head menu and the food was really tasty! http://www.cccater.net/$91011Menus.html
