I made a roast chicken last night (I don't get home until 7PM and hubby goes to work at 8PM so no way I could cook it tonight!)....I'll make stuffing, rice and corn when I get home (his fave things with chicken LOL)

I am making sloppy joes because I have ground beef and leftover rolls from pulled pork on Sunday.  I am making from scratch though, not the can, so we'll see how it turns out   I don't think I've had sloppy joes since I was a kid!

I went to the diner with my brother.  DH coaches basketball so he still isn't home!

I wound up making Anniversary Chicken, its chicken cutlets with ranch dressing, teriakyi sauce, bacon bits, and cheese, YUM

I sauteed peppers and onions and added bite size pieces of chicken and a small can of tomato sauce, with rice on the side.  FI *loves* this dish and no matter how much extra I make, there are never any leftovers.
