Non-Traditional Ceremony Music Brides!

What are some songs you are using for your ceremony, and what do you plan on walking down the aisle to?

I have a few that Im going between. I really want to walk down to Everlong, but it would have to be instrumental....and the VSQ version is a litltle to fast. So if anyone knows a good instrumental of that let me know!

Some songs Im using are Chasing Cars (instrumental), the Princess Bride Theme, Falling Into You by Mae, Always Be Right There by Bryan Adams for our Unity Candle, and Heaven Candlelight version by DJ Sammy. Still adding a few more!

otherwise, just curious what songs you ladies are using!

    I like your songs!

Most of our ceremony music (prelude and bridal party processional) is traditional, but I am walking down the aisle to the end (piano solo) of Vanessa Carlton's "Home".  We are also having his brother play "Whatever It Is" by Zac Brown band as an interlude.

We tried especially during the reception to get as many special and not overdone songs as possible!

The mothers are walking in to the Feather Theme from Forest Gump and the Bridesmaids to All I ask of you from Phantom of the Opera.

Our recessional is going to be Hungry like the Wolf by Duran Duran played by our string trio.

Its kinda of a joke because this is our favorite song to play together on Rock Band.

I like your Princess Bride theme song, I love that movie!

Our bridal party walked down to the VSQ version of All I Want Is You (U2) and I walked down to the VSQ version of All You Need is Love (The Beatles).  Our recessional song was the regular version of The Two of Us by The Beatles.

I noticed on iTunes that there are Vitamin Piano songs and there were a few other string quartet groups, too.  I had no luck with regular instrumentals...many of them were karaoke versions and sounded cheesy.

The BP and I are using "Crazy Love" by Michael Buble but the BM's will be instrumental and mine will be with the words.

Our recessional is going to be "I Was Born To Love You" by Queen :)

Not very traditional but it was our "first" song and the words/meaning are perfect.

    processional - 1, 2, 3, 4, Plain White T's
    bride's entrance - Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World, Israel Kamakawiwo'ole
recessional - I'm Yours, Jason Mraz

I'm walking in to Elvis Presley's "Amazing Grace" and we are walking out to "All You Need Is Love" by the Beatles (as in "Love Actually").
