    What's your favorite holiday memory?

Are you done with your shopping? Do you shop in stores, online, or mixture?

The most stressful part of planning was other people. I am pretty organized and was on the ball with most of the stuff I had to get done. People were getting offended that I wasn't including them or asking for their help. To be honest I have heard so many awful stories about brides, I decided early on I wasn't going to be one of them so DH and I did a lot of things together. Also people asked a million questions about every decision. I am a people pleaser by nature and eventually I just stopped answering and said I wasn't sure about things...I hated the looks of disgust when we decided to forego some traditions, like the garter and bouquet toss.

I absolutely loved everything about our wedding. Seeing DH in the park for the first time, walking down the aisle to him , seeing the reception room for the first time and realizing all the planning really paid off, our first dance when we both had time to take it all in, how much of a hit the photo-booth was and how much people noticed and commented on the personal touches we spent so much time on.

For Christmas I would love a bracelet to replace the one his parent's cat took and did who knows what with. I left it on the counter and it disappeared, it was the first piece of jewelry DH bought for me and he designed it himself. It has been gone for over a year now and I still miss it, but sadly I only see a new kitchen floor in my future :) Which is money better spent...

My favorite holiday memory are pretty much anything with my grandpa. My parents divorced when I was 2 so my grandparents helped my mom raise my sister and I. My Grandpa passed in 2004, but thinking back to any Christmas morning with him as excited as we were is a wonderful memory.

Not even close to done, but I am a power shopper. I just have to get on it! I like to do a mix of both...if I know what I am looking for I usually get it online. If I have no clue, I like to search for stuff at different stores.

Since registries have been talked about a few times on here today...what are your most and least favorite registry items?

If you could live anywhere other than SE Michigan, where would you live?

What are your favorite tv shows?

My favorite registry item so far is the waffle maker :) We love it and have used it quite a bit :) Also my KitchenAid mixer. I have wanted one for a long time and am so happy to have it, especially for the holidays!!

My least favorite item was the wine opener kit, it was cheaply made and is rather worthless!

If I could live anywhere it would be Australia or Ireland. I have been to AU a few times and just loved EVERYTHING about it. My grandma is from Ireland and I would love to live where she grew up and see the places she has told me about so many times :)

My fav show right now is How I met your mother and Friends will always be my favorite. Also DH and I love the cop shows, CSI, Law and Order...etc.
