what can I do?

So here I am 2 months after the wedding and one of my vendors still has my $250 deposit. I had called and emailed multiple times and finally early in November told be that my deposit/refund was processed that day it will be 7-14 business days. A whole month went by and NOTHING! I emailed to get updates. I am so upset. What are my options??

    Maybe go to the vendor and talk to them if thats possible.

    I would try again, in an e-mail. Something may have happened that delayed them sending your deposit back out. 

    Our photographer told me 4 - 6 weeks for our photos, then said it would be 8 weeks, and then got the flu the week of Thanksgiving. We did get our pictures, but it was a bit frustrating to have to wait longer than the ETA he gave me, but things happen.
