Hi!  I am a former member of the knot now a bridesmaid helping my friend plan her Detroit wedding.  She would like to rent a classic 1970's mustang (like her dad used to drive) for the wedding.  Does anyone know of a rental company that might have one?  Thanks!!!!!

    I don't know of any, but everything I've found for my wedding I found by googling. Try www.yellowpages.com and search for vintage car rentals.

    just a thought....if you found someone that has one..maybe find one at the Dream Cruise...maybe they will drive it for you. They would be paid for their time, you would have a classic car..

    It would be cheaper than renting one, it would probably cost an arm and a leg to rent due to the car being a classic and the insurance.

    just something to think about...that's a tough one!

    amyn has a great point. I'd hit the dream cruise of see if there are some other local car shows to go to and ask. You could also try putting an ad of Craigslist.
