My dress doesn't fit anymore, oh boy.

Well I went to the dress shop yesterday for some pictures and found that my dress that has always fit perfectly before won't zip up all the way anymore. Apparently my BC pills have made me gain weight up top. This was not a side effect I was expecting. lol. I hope I can lose the weight before october if not i don't know what im going to do.
If it wern't so funny to me i might be more worried.

Sorry to laugh, but us girls always want to be bigger on top, until you're locked into a dress size. I had that prob two years ago, gained 15 lbs in a snap. I switched pills and lost it - talk to your dr if you continue to gain. Can the dress be altered to a lace-up instead of a zip up? It'll be more $ but is an option.

    OH NO !!!!

I agree, see if they can do a lace up back. It might cost more, but look at it this way: Some day you may want your daughter or grand daughter to wear your dress.......it will fit more sizes if it's a corset back.

Aw that sucks!!!  Well, if you don't lose the weight, check out the corset top option, even if you use the modesty panel. Good luck!  At least you're in good spirits about it. :)
