Engraving of Wedding Band

Last night when I was cuddling with my BF he made another one of his "but honey" jokes.  After I moment I came back with my usually comeback of "I'll honey your butt!" then all of a sudden I thought - why not have that engraved inside his wedding band!

This is fine and good but he said that it may be hard to engrave as it is stainless steel.  So my question is twofold - can it be done and who is a good engraver who does rings in the Macomb County and/or eastern Oakland County

I'd think about this one carefully...in 20 years you might not think it is as funny that his wedding band says I'll honey your butt - if I were him I'd probably just tell you stainless steel can't be engraved to make you forget about it. I'm from Monroe County but I would call a jeweler and see if it's possible to engrave that material.
