What kind of veil?

Hello all!

So I have my dress (pictured below). Do you think that it would look best with a mantilla veil or a floral headpiece ? I just can't decide

    I say floral because you don't want to be covering that beautiful dress up!  My suggestion though is to try on your dress and then play with different head pieces

    I voted veil but i'm biased, I can't imagine a wedding without a veil.  I am wearing five lol

    Five?!  More explanation needed!

    I didn't vote because I think this is a personal preference.  If you want to wear a veil, wear one.  This is the only time in your life where you would get to so, so if you want to, go for it!  You could always wear the veil for the ceremony and then the hairpiece for the reception.

    To be honest I never wanted to wear a veil and some how now I'm going to be wearing a cathedral veil that my grandmother is making for me.  But only for the ceremony and for some pictures.  Definiately going to have some sort of hair clip or something to wear for the reception.  I have short hair so there is not much I can do style wise.

    I say do both!! haha.  Like emarston1 said, when else in your life are you going to be able to wear a georgous dress (btw) with a veil!?!

    I definitely like the idea of a veil for the ceremony and some pictures, and then mid pictures switching out to a fun and flirty floral piece that would be worn for the reception.  It would be sassy lol.

    Thanks! Both sounds like a really good idea! The veil will be super elegant and then the crown/headpiece will be fun :) thanks guys
