Bridal Shower Favors

What are some nice, yet inexpensive bridal shower favors you can give to each of your guests attending?

Make something edible. Its cheap and will go over well. Chocolate covered pretzels, cookies, etc are good ideas.

For FSIL's shower they gave each person a small flower pot w/ flower and then one of those biodegradable seed packets.  I'm not sure how much it cost but it was cute :)

I agree with Corinne about edible favors. Guests tend to like the "instant gratification" type of favors. You can make them yourself (chocolate-dipped pretzels, etc) and personalize them - and you can eat the extras :)

I'm thinking the pretzel route - buy a few bags of big pretzels, melting chocolate, white chocolate glaze, and sprinkles or something cute. Good quality chocolate + the bags and ribbon can be purchased at most cake supply stores (I love love love Sarah's Cake Supply in Troy).

For my sisters wedding we went the DIY route-A pink gel candle in a martini glass, and a small, cute glass container with bath salt and a thank you sticker on the lid.

Ended up being like $3 per favor.

We had cookies in a cute box at each seat, I believe it came out to about 0.50 a piece.
